1 yr Single 1 Adult/1 vote: $15.00

1 yr Family 2 Adults/2 votes: $20.00

1 yr Junior: 5.00 (no voting privileges)

Lifetime Single/1 vote $75.00

name registered with MASCA.

As of January 1st 2022 it is a lifetime registration with a one time fee.

Individual Dog Registration (IDR) is for registering dogs that do not have litter registration applications.

This application is for registering litters of puppies with MASCA.

***There will be an additional $5.00 fee applied to online transactions when breeders request litter paperwork mailed to them.

LITTER REGISTRATION FORM

ONLINE LITTER REGISTRATION

This Application is solely for the purpose of determining who must sign any MASCA Applications for Litter Registration on the dog. Please see form for requirements.

Non-Members $25.00

LEASE AGREEMENT FORM ​

This Application is for the purpose of changing  the  registration status from  LIMITED (Offspring are not eligible for registration)  to FULL (Offspring are eligible for registration) Please see form for requirements. ​

Non-Members:$30.00

LIMITED TO FULL REGISTRATION FORM

Please complete the transfer of ownership on the back of the dogs registration papers and return to the registrar or complete online and return your papers to the registrar for reissue..

ONLINE TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

This Application may replace a lost Registration Certificate if completed and signed by the current registered Owner(s) of the dog.

LOST PAPERS APPLICATION FORM

To receive a certified pedigree please email the registrar with a copy of your dogs papers and your request for a 3 generation certified Pedigree

Members: 25.00, Non-Members: $45.00

MASCA now offers free pedigree research assistance. If you are having difficulty finding dogs or their information we MAY be able to help. This information is not verified UNLESS the dogs are in our database.
